Every day that ends in "y"

Another crisp cool night in south Texas, the wind has continued shifting unabatedly. Even in the midst of the pleasant wind there was a peace. It seemed to drown out the train whistles, giving us a break from the noise. The peace reminded me of calmer times in the past...fondly remembered, even though they were filled with much loneliness. Now, with nary a moment of free time, I always enjoy a free minute. Slowing to smoke a fine cigar, last night it was an Oliveros XL double maduro 6x55 (not XL for men). It was a very good smoke, very very well constructed- with a dark dense wrapper. The burn was picture perfect, round and uniform as well as slow burning. It was a dense medium bodied stick, with mild sweetness and coffee hints with a mild leathery taste. Pre-lite had a pleasent barnyard aroma. It had a relatively short finish. Seems like everyday is a good day to smoke one of these, that is, every day that ends in a "y".
